Greeters
A smiling face, a warm handshake, and a friendly greeting make people feel welcome and provide information for first time guests.
Duties
Each greeter should arrive at church at least 15 minutes prior to the assigned service. It is the responsibility of the greeter to find a replacement if one is necessary. The schedule provides the names and telephone numbers of individuals who have agreed to be replacements.
Skills
- Each greeter should be friendly, greeting each attendee by name if possible
- Joy in serving the Lord and St. Paul
Logistics
A schedule is prepared each year detailing the service for which each greeter is responsible. Greeters serve one service every other month. A nametag is provided to each greeter by the chairperson.
