Properties
The "behind the scenes crew". Painting, fixing and building projects are just some of the things to be done to maintain the properties.
Duties
Evaluate the seven properties – church, school, and five rental houses to determine general maintenance and up keep. Much of the work is done by the ministry, or whomever else is willing to donate their time. Professionals are employed as required and for service contracts.
Skills
