Meet the Leadership Staff

	Marc Schwichtenberg, Senior Pastor A graduate of Concordia University, River Forest and Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Pastor Marc has served at Saint Paul since 2000. As lead pastor, Marc’s first passion is sharing the eternal, life-changing love of Jesus with people who think they’re far from God. Pastor Marc’s second passion is equipping others to do the same. He and his wife Shane have two daughters, Abby and Katy.
	Kristopher Whitby, Associate Pastor A graduate of Concordia University, River Forest, and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Pastor Kris' ministry focus is in adult education and new member discipleship. Together with his wife, Marguerita, and their children, Bradley and Kathryn, Pastor Kris joined our team at Saint Paul in the Fall of 2003.
	Dari Hartmann, DCE Director of Children and Family Ministry A graduate of both Bethany Lutheran College and Concordia University in Minnesota, Dari has been on staff since 1995. Dari's areas of ministry includes nursery, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and Confirmation. Dari is proud to be a Minnesota native.
	Tony Dixon, DCE Director of High School and Young Adult Ministry A 2008 graduate of Concordia University in Chicago, Tony and his wife, Megan arrived at Saint Paul in the summer of 2007. After serving as a DCE Intern for one year, Tony was called to remain at Saint Paul in a full time ministry position in July 2008. His ministry focus lies in reaching the young people of our world with the Gospel message.
	Cheryl Gerson , Director of Music and Worship A graduate of Western Illinois University with a major in Music Education, Cheryl has served Saint Paul part time since 1981. Since Spring of 2002 she has shared her gifts and enthusiasm extensively as full time Director of Music.
	Jennifer Heinze, School Principal BS Business Admin 1985; BA Elem Educ 1987, MA School Admin 1998 Having had experience teaching elementary, junior high, and high school, Jennifer arrived at Saint Paul as a teacher in 1990, and has been principal since 2004. She counts among her many blessings the gifted faculty and staff whose dedication to students is unmatched! They love the Lord, love His children, and have a passion for excellence in education!
	Wendy Irwin, Business Manger A graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Wendy joined our staff in 2008. Managing the business aspects of our growing ministry, Wendy serves to strengthen Saint Paul's ability to carryout it's mission.
